I am overwhelmed by the response from my dear fellow community members to my series of articles, PRAYING WITH UNDERSTANDING". I will take up compilation of comments and suggestions that I received for every part and send you compilation one each week.

I am very happy to release Part 7 of the series titled "KNOW YOUR SYNAGOGUE".

This article is intended to make you familar with the terms, sections and features associated with our Synagogue.

The whole idea of these preparatory articles 1 thro 7, is to make one completely ready and receptive to understand our prayers and prayer service.

I hope that you will find this article informative.

Presently, I have over 200 contacts to whom I send over email. I also send copies to 5 synagogues in Mumbai/Thane.
